3 COUNTRIES, 2 DAYS! Fiji πŸ‡«πŸ‡― to Singapore πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡¬ to Phuket Thailand πŸ‡ΉπŸ‡

On our last day in Fiji, we had to wake up early in the morning, grab a quick breakfast, pack the car, and hit the road. After two hours of driving, we arrived in Nadi to catch a flight to Singapore.

Our initial plan was to fly to Australia, but as always, we changed plans last minute, and we decided to catch a plane to Thailand instead via Singapore.

And since this trip was taking place in April of 2022, there were still plenty of safety measures in place. So we had to jump through an insane number of hurdles just to be allowed to visit Thailand.

Catching a Flight to Singapore with Fiji Airways

Thankfully, our check-in and boarding went fairly easy. Even though we’ve been to Singapore and Thailand before, we were excited to go back and see how much things have changed in the last 5 years.Β

After a 10 hours flight, we finally touched down at Jewel Changi Airport in Singapore. Since the transit hotel was fully booked, we had to find another one to stay the night. But first, we had to repack for Thailand (backpacks only) and store the rest of the luggage at our upcoming home exchange.Β

While we were doing that, the girl enjoyed exploring the Jewel Changi Airport, which, if you haven’t heard before, is a technological and architectural masterpiece. It’s the home to the tallest indoor waterfall, and if you ask me, it’s one massive art show.Β Β

Exploring Singapore Chinatown

We decided to explore our adventurous side, and we booked a room at a capsule hotel in Singapore Chinatown. Needless to say, this was not our cup of tea. But sleep-deprived or not, we were determined to film a video and show you around the Chinatown area of Singapore before heading out.

After a bit of sightseeing, we regrouped at the hotel and headed towards the Jewel Changi Airport to catch our flight to Thailand. Even though we had to get tested and go through several security checks, everything went in perfect order, and soon we were up in the air.Β

Hello from Phuket, Thailand

We landed at Phuket International Airport after a quick and easy flight. Then, we grabbed a taxi and went straight to our hotel.

But this was just the beginning of our Thai journey…

Stay tuned for more upcoming Thailand adventures, and be sure to follow and subscribe for more interesting videos from our travels around the world.Β
