Emmental is a beautiful location in Switzerland known for its green meadows, its well fed and much loved cows and more importantly its same called cheese.
The area is also widely know to cycling and hiking aficionados and for its hospitable people, alpenhorn players and yodellers. There are also many St Bernards carrying milk cans in their little wagons which is actually an everyday sight in Switzerland.
