Baden Switzerland – Mineral Rich Healing Springs & First Swiss Railway
Join us on a tour of Baden - a lively town in the Northeastern region of Switzerland!
Situated on the left bank of the river Limmat, Baden is famous for its thermal baths. This city is home to a beautiful old town with traditional swiss buildings and natural geothermal springs that were originally ducted into baths by the Romans.
Basel is also a gift for food lovers. We enjoyed a tasty Indian meal, a traditional local breakfast, and more! We also visited the Baden Museum and got to see how the baths and industry have shaped the town. The kids loved dressing up in the costumes there!
The old town was a treat with its picturesque traditional buildings and splendid streets. We were also fortunate to discover a public thermal bath under construction where we enjoyed the main attraction of Baden - the most mineral rich springs in Europe!
