Today we made samosas, spring rolls, onion paddies, and fish curry. The end result was a freezer full of delicious food and a great meal together!

SAMOSAS
Filling:
Potatoes
Green Peas
Carrots
Onions
Pastry:
Half whole wheat
Half plain flour
Salt to taste
Oil
Nigella seeds
Water for kneading
SPRING ROLLS
Fried Onions with Black Pepper, Salt, Coriander, and Turmeric Powder in Sesame seed oil
Shredded Cabbage
Shredded Carrots
Chickpea Pancakes (Roasted chickpea flour mixed with 6 Eggs)
Cut pancakes into little strips to for filler
Pre-made rice noodles or vermicelli
Spring roll pastry
ONION/BROCCOLI PATTIES / ONION BHAJI
Broccoli
Fresh coriander
Chop onion
Add Roasted chickpea flour
Salt
Coriander powder
Oil for deep frying
FISH CURRY
Fried onions
Coriander
Cumin
Tumeric
Chili powder
Tomatoes
Blend all ingredients after they’re cooked and add coconut milk.
Add the first at the end and let simmer.
Top with Fresh coriander and server over basmati rice
