Hi, guys! Our journey to Pattaya began in Bangkok, and with a travel time of less than two hours, we opted for a bus ride. As we neared the bus station, a hint of spice filled the air - a result of passing by Mark Wein's famous "Phed Mark" restaurant, known for its extra spicy cuisine. We even attempted to grab a meal there, but the long 40-minute wait didn't quite fit our schedule.

Upon settling in, a well-deserved break was in order. We lounged by the pool, soaking in the sun's warmth and sipping on refreshments. And just adjacent to the Hilton Pattaya, we discovered the Central Pattaya Mall - a colossal waterfront shopping haven, perhaps one of the largest in all of Asia. Of course, we couldn't resist exploring its delights and enjoying a delightful dinner.

Relatives in Thailand? It’s a Small World

Pattaya revealed its small-world charm when we discovered that Chantal had an uncle residing in the city. Despite decades apart, we reconnected for a heartwarming lunch, reminiscing and creating new memories.

 

We've had the privilege of collaborating with the Hilton hotel chain before, and their breakfast spread always tops the charts. Pattaya was no exception - we reveled in a sumptuous breakfast with a view. With an array of food options, it felt as though we were on a luxurious cruise ship, sailing through a culinary paradise.

 

Sea or Pool? Which One Do You Prefer?

With the sun casting its warm glow, the day was perfect for a dip. Sea or pool - a delightful conundrum we embraced by enjoying both. And, of course, lunchtime was a treat at the Hilton Pattaya Hotel, where flavors and views danced in perfect harmony.

As the sun began its descent, we embarked on a quest to chase the sunset, witnessing Pattaya's skyline illuminated by the golden hues of dusk. And no trip to Pattaya would be complete without a visit to the renowned Pattaya Night Bazaar, a treasure trove of local delights, souvenirs, and experiences.

 

Our adventure was crowned by the promise of waking each morning to yet another mesmerizing breakfast with a view.
